What to Expect When Ordering a Diamond Pool Table Online

Ordering a Diamond pool table through our website is straightforward and transparent. After selecting your model, size, finish, and options, you’ll place your order with no deposit required at checkout. Shipping and installation are not calculated at that time.

Once your order is submitted, a Diamond representative will contact you to review your table configuration, confirm your location and installation requirements, and provide a complete, all-in quote. A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

If Diamond determines that you are located within an approved dealer territory, we will connect you with the local authorized dealer to provide a nearby option for purchase, delivery, and future service. If you are not within a dealer territory, Diamond will work with you directly.

Each Diamond table is built to order and handcrafted in the USA using solid hardwoods, precision-machined slate, and tournament-grade construction. Typical production time is 3–4 months for PRC finishes and 4–5 months for Oak and Maple hardwood tables.

As your table nears completion, Diamond will coordinate delivery and installation—either directly or by updating your authorized dealer. A Diamond-approved installer will deliver, assemble, precision-level, and fully prepare your table for play.

After installation, you’ll continue to receive support for parts, accessories, technical assistance, and warranty service through your local authorized dealer or directly through Diamond if your order was accepted directly by the factory. We strongly encourage customers to work with their servicing dealer whenever possible, as this helps ensure prompt communication, localized support, and the best overall ownership experience. Ordering online provides a convenient, guided way to purchase a world-class table with professional delivery and installation handled by Diamond-approved dealers or technicians.

The PRO-AM table rails and skirts are now available to order in Oak, Maple, and PRC (Black, Grey, or Espresso), stained to your preference.  PRC is burn and dent resistant giving your rails and skirts durability and luster! The legs of all tables are made from a commercial grade composite or can be upgraded to hardwood stained to match the rails and skirts. To help estimate delivery and installation costs, Diamond Billiards ships from Jeffersonville, IN. Delivery is estimated at roughly $1.50 per mile (one way) from the factory. Installation is priced separately and varies by table model, size, and complexity.

For example, a 7' one-piece Pro-Am delivered fully assembled starts at $150 for a main-floor install, while more complex installations—such as a 9' Professional with 3-piece slate built on-site—typically range from $650 to $900.
