• For optimal results, if your carpets are completely dry, apply just two (2) drops of Aramith Ball Cleaner per section. This small amount should last an entire week for residential users and will extend the life of your carpets. With a machine that works as well as ours, polishing the balls for just 3-5 minutes is enough. Be sure your balls don't feel wet or damp once the polisher stops—when it comes to cleaning, less is more.
• Using multiple cleaning solutions in the same machine can cause sticky residue to build up, particularly around the bottom edges. This may create inward pressure, potentially causing the center sprocket to eject. To maintain optimal performance, Diamond recommends regularly using Aramith Ball Cleaner to keep your balls in like-new condition.
